  • As a former Realtor and real estate educator and trainer, I had high expectations of Rebecca and George Nehme when I recently listed my Colorado Springs condo with them. Much to my delight, they not only met my expectations, but greatly exceeded them. They responded immediately when I contacted them about listing the property, with all the information I needed to set a reasonable list price. They had it listed on the MLS the minute my signature on the contract was dry. Within three weeks I received a decent offer, and their guidance during the negotiation process was invaluable. As an absentee seller, I was not able to take care of the many little (and not-so-little) details and repairs that needed to be done to prepare for closing. The Nehme’s took care of everything, using tradespeople they knew and trusted. They kept me informed of everything during the escrow process, usually before I even thought to ask. Their communication was beyond excellent. I was well aware of all the potential problems that could occur during the escrow process, but we closed on schedule with nary a ripple in the water.
