  • George and Rebecca were AMAZING to work with during the sale of our home. We contacted them with VERY late notice as our previous arrangements fell through. Without hesitation, they jumped in and immediately began the marketing process. We were dealing with some tight deadlines in the sale of the home as we were in the process of building a new home. The Nehme team not only got the home under contract in less than two weeks with a full-price offer, but they negotiated a rent-back agreement with the buyer that allowed us to stay in the home for five days AFTER the closing to allow us to close on the new home, and move. That relieved a ton of stress and allowed us the luxury of not having to move into a short-stay hotel or inconvenience friends/family while were were without a home between closings.
